A web travel storefront for Bangladesh — hotel search with rich filters, property detail pages with live availability, room reservation, and a multi-traveler checkout that supports local payment and pay-at-hotel. We built the booking funnel end to end.

I.The brief

Local hotel booking was owned by global OTAs and their commissions.

Travelers booking inside Bangladesh were funneled through international platforms that took a heavy cut and rarely felt built for the local market payment methods, currency, and support all sat somewhere else.

TripKing needed a homegrown booking engine: searchable hotels with real filters, property pages with availability and amenities, a reservation flow, and a checkout that accepts local payment and pay-at-hotel owned end to end, not rented from an OTA.

Filters that match how people actually search.

Destination, dates, guests, and nationality up top; price, city, property type, amenities, and room type down the side — with a live map to anchor the results.

Property

Detail pages that answer before they ask.

Photo galleries, highlights, amenities, an area map, room types with live pricing, policies, and reviews — everything a traveler weighs before booking.

Reservation

Reserve a room in a few taps.

Room selection rolls straight into a guest-and-dates summary, with a clear price breakdown so there are no surprises at checkout.

Checkout

Multi-traveler checkout, local payment.

Customer and per-traveler details, a live price summary with coupon support, and payment via cash, bKash, and pay-at-hotel — the way the local market pays.

Supply

Hotel-owner onboarding to grow inventory.

A “sign up as hotel owner” path so properties can list themselves, letting supply scale beyond a manually curated set.
